Top 5 Air Travel Apps on iOS in Greece for Q3 2021

During the third quarter of 2021, the top air travel apps on iOS in Greece exhibited varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how these apps fared.

Aegean Airlines saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from 929 at the end of June and peaking at 1.5K in the week of August 23. Active users also showed a positive trend, growing from nearly 3K to just under 4K by the end of September. However, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Ryanair maintained a modest revenue stream, peaking at $5 in the final week of September. Weekly downloads increased steadily, starting from 775 in late June and reaching 1K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, rising from around 2.2K to 2.8K throughout the quarter.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a high of $391 in the week of August 9. Downloads spiked to 842 in early August but tapered off to around 236 by the end of September. Active users saw a peak of 1.9K in early August, stabilizing around 1.4K towards the end of the quarter.

Volotea had a more erratic performance in terms of downloads, starting at 258 and dropping to 58 by the end of September. Active users mirrored this trend, decreasing from 547 to 383 over the same period. The app did not record any revenue during the quarter.

Wizz Air - Book Flights saw a steady increase in downloads, from 123 at the end of June to 277 in the week of September 20. Active users also increased from 496 to a peak of 737 in the same week. Similar to Aegean Airlines and Volotea, Wizz Air did not generate any revenue during this quarter.
